Done, waiting

Here is my goodbye to Donewaiting.com as a website. Donewaiting as a print edition is coming in the summer.

As mentioned previously, Donewaiting is ending digital production in February and will become a print only entity in the summer, releasing one issue per year. We’ve finally put the final touches on our anniversary/goodbye weekend in Columbus. Here’s the details: (via Donewaiting Farewell/Anniversary Events in Columbus 2/15-17)

Two great friends have put together an awesome book, featuring 100 musicians recommending THEIR favorite musicians. It also includes illustrations by Nicholas Nocera. BUY IT AND SUPPORT GREAT PEOPLE. $$$ profits to charity, too. (via “Rock Torch” Book Features Artwork by Columbus’ Nick Nocera, Contributions by Two Cow Garage, Mike Doughty, Sean Lennon, more)

Filmed here in Columbus, it features local Elvis impersonator Billy Cash (aka “The Columbus King”) goofing around with Black Swans singer Jerry DeCicca.
